Profiling

Profiling jobs are one of the most important when it comes to preserving the environment. The process involves removing the existing surface layer of the road to a maximum depth of 320mm. Profiling not only helps create a smoother road surface, but it enables the granulated road.to be recycled. The profiler disposes the granulated road into its conveyor and is then loaded onto a tipper truck – leaving behind minimal clean-up – then we take it elsewhere to be used as a recycled road base.

We purchased our first profiler in 2011 and since then, with a huge team development, we’ve become experts in the field. Starting with a one metre Cat PM-102 profiler, we’ve expanded our arsenal to have a combination of both 1 metre and 2 metre machines, including two of the brand-new Cat PM-620’s.

At J & E Asphalt & Civil, we’ve been building, repairing and profiling roads for a very long time. We know asphalt. We know roads.
